Vasarri was opened in February 1999 in the former home of a lavish ladies store. The store has 5000 square feet of space furnished with all reproduction antiques, custom woodwork and exquisite detailing. We have received numerous awards in the six years that we have been in business. The first year, Baltimore County awarded Gail Kandel, the owner, "Entrepreneur of the Year" for innovative product and services. This was followed by several "Best of Baltimore" awards from Baltimore Magazine.

Vasarri continues to thrive as a fashion destination for clothing, special occasion wear, and wonderful accessories from shoes to handbags and jewelry. It is unique in bringing a host of new fashion designers to the Baltimore area. Included in the designer clothing areas are Escada, Zenobia, Lafayette 148, Renee Lezard, Zanella, Burberry. Gown designers range from Melinda Eng, Stephen Yearick, Helen Morley, Gail Garrisson, Skinz, Marissa Baratelli, Daymor. Shoe designers include Jimmy Choo, LeSilla, Santini Mavardi, Pollini, Stuart Weitzman, Michael Kors, Cole Haan . Constant travels to fashion capitols and a discerning eye to interpret fashion for our market keep the store constantly evolving and changing.
